We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to strengthen our product quality team in an international manufacturing environment. In this role, you will actively contribute to ensuring and improving product and process quality across the entire product life cycle, working closely with production plants, development teams and international experts.
This position is ideal if you are motivated to grow in quality management, take responsibility step by step and work with experienced colleagues on complex quality topics.

Feladatok:

• Product Quality Management:
• Ensure and continuously improve the quality of a defined product portfolio
• Support and review product quality levels based on the current quality situation
• Identify non-compliances in processes, standards and methods across the product life cycle
• Support manufacturing plants with quality-related questions and topics
• Complaint & Problem Management:
• Process customer complaints using PDCA methodology
• Support root cause analysis and development of error prevention measures
• Initiate, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Lead or support task force teams with international experts to solve quality issues
• Prepare and review quality documentation (e.g. 8D reports)
• Quality Planning & Development Projects:
• Actively participate in development projects (PDP / CPD) as a quality team member
• Support definition and evaluation of customer and quality requirements
• Ensure that product and production concepts enable achievement of quality targets
• Define Quality Planning Level (QPL) and related quality tasks
• Support FMEA activities and quality-related decision-making
• Participate in Q-Gate reviews and risk assessments

Elvárások:

• Technical bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Professional experience in quality management / quality assurance in manufacturing companies
• Profound knowledge and application of quality standards, methods and tools
• High level of analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hungarian
• Good communication skills
• Very good command of MS Office
• Structured and reliable way of working
